Community Garden

WCG operates a community garden where community members can grow their own fresh produce.  Our members support our mission. WCG also offers FREE educational workshops and plant sales. Gardening begins in early Spring and goes until late Fall.  Water, leaf mulch, compost (when available), deer fencing and initial tilling of the plot are provided. Tools and a wheelbarrow are available to borrow. Membership fees are based on plot size. No gardening experience is required.  Our gardeners possess a wealth of knowledge and they are happy to share it with beginning gardeners.  2025 fees: $65 for a 10'x10' plot;  $130 for a 10'x20' plot.  Email chip@growwilliamsburg.org to learn about becoming a member and growing your own healthy, fresh produce!

If you are interested in helping as a farm or garden volunteer, email liz@growwilliamsburg.org for volunteer opportunities at our teaching farm. Or sign up to volunteer at GivePulse.
